Your Fibre order: two steps to activation
After checkout, admin checks coverage and places your provider order. You will receive its order number by email and see Order Placed - Awaiting Activation in your order details. The network's installation team will contact your installation contact to arrange an appointment.
Once the line is installed, reply to your original order email/ticket with the order reference. For OpenServe, include your B Circuit Number: activation cannot proceed without it. We will courier the Wi-Fi router you need to connect. After admin confirms the circuit and router details, your welcome email supplies the purchased speed, Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password, and the service appears in Active Services. These fulfilment steps do not repeat your checkout payment or deposit.
MTN Mobile (GSM)
Mobile APN services use mobile.is.co.za. Choose capped or uncapped options and allocate a compatible blank MTN Mobile SIM when required.
MTN Fixed 5G
Location-locked fixed wireless uses ws.dd.fwa, an MTN Fixed-approved router, and the exact installation/location-lock acknowledgement requested at checkout.
Telkom, Telkom One and existing Saver plans
Select available standard products and a blank Telkom SIM where required. Telkom Saver offers are closed to new sales, but existing services remain supported. From Active Services, a Saver plan can move to an available Telkom data plan across categories. The new price after your discount is compared with your actual monthly fee: higher is an upgrade, lower is a downgrade. Review the difference and the R199 upgrade or R49 downgrade fee before submitting to Pending Orders. Same-price switches cost R199 once off with no monthly price change. Explain how the new plan provides better value for your client; admin must confirm this before processing. Sold-out targets remain unavailable.
Consumer Fibre: coverage first
Open the Fibre map, select the installation property and find live packages. If OpenServe is available, only its Consumer and Business plans appear. Otherwise matching networks are ordered by their cheapest plan. Planned coverage is not orderable, and a provider outage is not a no-coverage result. Checks last 30 minutes; checkout captures the checked address and installation contact.
1:1 Fibre contention: OpenWeb Network Fibre runs on a 1:1 contention ratio, confirmed through 4 September 2027. A 1:1 ratio describes capacity at the contention layer; package speed, coverage, installation quality and local equipment still affect performance.
Monthly plans use normal reseller pro-rata tiers and your reseller discount. Area-specific ranges need admin confirmation before activation. Vuma Reach voucher plans have separate payment terms and are not available through this monthly checkout.

Hardware Deposit Wallet
OpenServe Consumer requires R500 and OpenServe Business requires no deposit. Other Consumer / Small Business networks require R1500; Business / Enterprise requires R2000. The full deposit and initial service payment must be available in your cash wallet. Checkout immediately moves the deposit into a separate, non-spendable wallet. It is not service revenue, a monthly fee or an OWP-earning top-up.
For Consumer, after six months and verified payment of month six, R500 returns to cash; R1000 remains held on non-OpenServe networks. For Business / Enterprise, R1000 returns on the first day of activation calendar month 7 while active and uncancelled; R1000 remains held. September activation means a 1 March milestone, independently of the exact six-month contract anniversary. A cancellation request stops automatic release: admin must explicitly approve the remainder. Active Services and the deposit ledger show held amounts, releases and cash transaction evidence.

Business / Enterprise Fibre and IPv4
For each covered network, compare Consumer / Small Business with Business / Enterprise. Business pricing is 95% above that network's consumer base price before your reseller discount. Business includes low contention, extremely high priority, a free-to-use business-grade router, regional OpenWeb POP connectivity and international satellite backup via the UK or USA during major undersea outages. Backup performance varies and cannot restore a failed local access line.
New non-OpenServe Fibre orders require a signed six-month minimum term. Full calendar month notice always applies, even if your profile normally allows current-month cancellation. An early effective date costs R999 for Consumer or R1999 for Business; payment from the wallet is required before scheduling. Top up any shortfall first, or select the free term-end option. Consumer includes a consumer-grade loan router.
The /28 IPv4 subnet at R999/month is sold out for new orders; existing purchases keep their agreed rate. Business / Enterprise can instead add a limited-stock /29 IPv4 subnet for R899/month. Only 20 allocations were released; the live count appears at checkout. Normal pro-rata applies, with no reseller discount. Admin pre-configures a VPN in the Business Router and confirms it before activation. The VPN is designed for transparent everyday use; additional latency is estimated at 5-8 ms, subject to route, router and network conditions. A /29 contains eight addresses; gateway and network reservations determine how many are usable. IPv4 availability is severely constrained, and the new-order price may change. New Consumer plans cannot add IPv4. OpenServe retains its separate terms and five-address options.

Cloud PBX (Voice / SIP)
Choose 50, 100 or 500 all-network minutes per month, each with four concurrent calls, or unlimited minutes with one or two concurrent calls. Normal reseller discount and pro-rata apply. Your order remains in Pending Orders while admin prepares it, uploads the client QR code and supplies the SIP host, port, username and password. Use OpenWeb PBX for Android, not 3CX, for the new Cloud PBX. Existing legacy Voice services retain their original package and billing.
Use the OpenWeb PBX Android app
3CX is not compatible with the new OpenWeb Cloud PBX.
Download OpenWeb PBX for Android
Android installation & setup
- On your Android phone, download the OpenWeb PBX Android app using the button below.
- Open the downloaded APK. If prompted, open Settings and allow Install unknown apps only for the browser or file manager you used to download it. Install OpenWeb PBX, then turn that source permission off again. Settings names vary by device.
- Keep Google Play Protect enabled and allow its scan. If it flags or blocks the app, stop and contact support rather than bypassing the warning.
- Open OpenWeb PBX and use the provisioning QR code supplied by admin, or enter your supplied SIP host, port, username and password where requested.
- Confirm your account is registered before making a test call. For other devices, ask support for a compatible client.
Web & Email Hosting
Choose Use my own domain and enter its exact name including TLD to buy hosting only, with no domain registration or transfer. Leave the box unchecked to search for a new domain. Qualifying packages can include domain benefits shown before final confirmation.
SAA Voyager
Voyager offerings may be once-off or recurring. Recurring allocations become part of the monthly renewal calculation.
Microsoft 365
Retired for new sales. Existing active clients retain service, but cannot upgrade or downgrade and may only schedule cancellation under normal rules.
Static IP add-on
Business / Enterprise Fibre offers the limited-stock /29 VPN subnet described above. The /28 is sold out for new orders. OpenServe retains its existing five-address options. New non-OpenServe Consumer plans do not offer IPv4. Existing provisioned add-ons remain valid; a cloud server primary IP is still displayed in the Static IP field.
Telkom plan tools
Compare current tiers, use the usage estimator, save plan shortlists, share selected comparisons, and create reseller-branded client quotation PDFs. Live stock and checkout pricing remain authoritative.
White-label client quotations
Products > Client Quotations creates a polished PDF in your company identity. Finish onboarding, upload your logo and save your company/contact details first. Search products, set quantities and use saved selling prices or enter a sales price or percentage markup on cost. Only your selling prices appear in the client document. Monthly and once-off totals remain separate; quotations do not debit your wallet or place orders.
Enter the client's email to send the attached PDF in a reseller-branded email. Replies go to your profile email, with no CC/BCC copies. Review the PDF before explicitly sending. The proposal library preserves the original prices and branding; create a new quotation to revise them. Check the exclusions for deposits, activation, delivery and domain fees before presenting a complete project cost.
